It’s been a fun few weeks for me preparing for, and taking part in, the Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year, series 10, due to air early in 2025. What a wonderful opportunity to go and paint competitively ‘En Plein Air’ in stunning Snowdonia. I had a blast and it was fascinating to see first-hand what’s involved in making this much loved and very popular show. It was also a privilege to work alongside other artists, the generous spirit and camaraderie made it extra special - to witness so many blank canvases evolve into some amazing artworks was truly inspiring and a day I will always treasure. Thank you also to the fabulous and hard working production team at Storyvault films who ensured we all had a great time.
